Holding everything to a higher standard, we researched and tested countless fondants in the US and around the world... and we were still not satisfied.
We were so frustrated with the many shortcomings of the currently available fondants on the market such as premature drying, cracking, "sweating", melting, fading colors, and the unpleasant taste and unappetizing aroma.
We thought, why can't we have a better fondant?
Our only answer was to look to develop our own premium fondant, with superior performance in pliability, taste, smell, color retention, moisture resistance, elasticity and extensibility.
Finally, we found a manufacturer in Italy who shared our exacting definition of what makes a superior fondant, and we collaborated exhaustively to create our vision of that perfect fondant.
The formula for Fantasia Fondant took 2 years of painstaking research and development.

We launched Fantasia Fondant at LA COOKIE CON 2016 during our 1st trade show and the rest, as they say, is history.
