This is an alkalized (Dutched) cocoa powder with 22/24 cocoa butter content which has a smoother, more mellow flavor that's often associated with earthy, woodsy notes. It has a dark brown color with a red tone. Perfect for creating chocolate desserts such as tiramisu, chocolate batter for biscuit, chocolate cake, or making chocolate milk or hot cocoa drinks.
